steam sweet potatoes instant pot

  1. Place steamer basket in Instant Pot and add 1 cup water.
  2. Scrub sweet potatoes until skins are clean. Place on top of the steamer basket.
  3. Cover and place vent on lid to “Sealed”.
  4. Set on “Steam” program and set time for 10 minutes.
  5. When finished cooking, don’t open lid. …
  6. Remove lid and serve.
