What is the source of mono- and diglycerides listed on the ingredients of flour tortillas?
They are vegetable-based.
The only products that are animal-derived are Mission® Cheddar Cheese Flavored Dip, Mission® Salsa con Queso, Mission® Guacamole Flavored Dip, Mission® Soft Taco Life Balance Whole Wheat Tortillas, and Mission® Chicharrones.
