Mass cooking

  •   10 x 16oz cup of water
  • 9 x 16oz cup of rice (5 jasmine, 4 rice)
  • 1 large spoon of oil
  • 1 tsp tumeric
  • 1 bag of frozen veggie(carrot, corn, bean) optional
  • 1/3 ham, cubed – optional
  • 3 large spoon of seasoning mix (4 sugar, 1 salt)
  • cook for 20-25 minutes, wait for 20 minutes

Notes:

  • cooler insulates with aluminum foil will keep rice warm for 14 hours or more.
  • 8 x rice cooker can serve for 1,000 meals, 1 hour
