Mass cooking – yellow rice with organic veggies

Prep

  1. Rice, 3600 g (8x16oz)
  2. water, 4800g (10x 16oz) (better cooked rice with 4800gr than 4600gr).
  3. Tumeric+ salt+ 8oz oil
  4. Cook for 20-25 minutes–> stir—> make sure at stop, there is some steam

Veggie

  1. 5 gallons(1/3 pot) water, boil
  2. add 7 bags veggies
  3. wait for re-boil
  4. use strainers, put into full tray
  5. Add ham, dashes, seasonings

Mix

  1. rice plus veggie
